Under Rule 15c2-11 of the Securities Exchange Act requires that all securities quoted on the QB or QX must complete a Form 211 by a FINRA registered market maker. If your company has yet to file a Form 211 we will assist you in completing the required documentation and handle submission of your application to a market maker.
The listing application process to the OTC Markets will be handled from end to end by your assigned relationship manager. We will guide you with the required documents for completion and ensure that your listing is obtained as quickly as possible.
As part of the listing application to either the QB or QX platform requires a letter of introduction from an OTC Markets Group qualified sponsor, OTC Advisory Services will provide your Company with the required letter of introduction for listing.
We handle the DTC application process from start to finish including performing director, officer and control shareholder background reviews and consultation services, third-party professional consultation services and arrange the legal opinion from US attorney, as required by the DTCC
